Mothership Refund Policies

Mothership and Valence Labs, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a subscription from Valence Labs, Inc. and are unhappy with the service received, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. Valence Labs, Inc. will make a reasonable good-faith effort to ensure you receive your refund within 30 business days of your refund request.

Please note, our Policy does not apply to the goods and services purchased through Mothership associated with your drop shipping partnerships and transactions.
